We head from New York to Maine — to the lighthouses of Bar Harbor, the rocky shores of the Schoodic Peninsula and sunrise on Cadillac Mountain. Hiking along the ocean, biking the Carriage Roads, a lobster dinner and evenings by the campfire. All in a comfortable RV, in great company.

Day 1. The road to the ocean
We leave New York for Maine with scenic stops along the way. We check in to a campground with an ocean view. A get-to-know-you evening by the campfire with a glass of wine, a cozy dinner and the first photos against the Atlantic.

Day 2. The magic of Acadia and Bar Harbor lobsters
Park Loop Road with stops at Sand Beach and Thunder Hole. Up Cadillac Mountain for breathtaking panoramas. A stroll along the Bar Harbor waterfront and local shops; in the evening — a lobster dinner 🦞 at an oceanfront restaurant.

Day 3. Active day: hike or bike
A hike on the Ocean Path Trail — cliffs, ocean and an easy route along the coast. Or a bike ride on the scenic Carriage Roads. A picnic overlooking Jordan Pond; in the evening — the campground with string lights, music and a home-cooked dinner.

Day 4. Secrets of the Schoodic Peninsula
We head to Schoodic — wild nature and no tourist crowds. A walk along the rocky coast and a photo shoot by the lighthouses. A final picnic right on the rocks by the water and a farewell dinner by the campfire.

Day 5. Heading home with gifts
A slow breakfast with a forest view. The road home and a farewell gift from the team. In the evening we're back in New York.

Who we are — Bisha and Danila
We’ve been traveling all our lives: Bisha has 35+ countries behind her, Danila 45+. And not the obvious ones: Kenya, nights in tents in Africa, Iran, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Portugal.
We met in New York, and in our very first year together we drove across the whole of America in an ordinary car: a big cross-country trip, Burning Man and the entire South.
The next year, just for fun, we bought an RV and invited our friends. They kept coming back and asking for longer routes, and that’s how The RV Escape was born. We still go on every tour ourselves — Danila and Bisha, always together.

No, you don't have to drive — our experienced driver is behind the wheel for the whole route.
The deposit is $1,000 per person to hold your spot. The balance is due no later than 14 days before the tour starts.
Up to 6 guests — a cozy group in a comfortable RV, no crowds.
Accommodation in the RV, transportation, all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a lobster dinner, water and drinks on board, bikes, SUP or kayaks, national park entry, internet and a guide for the whole route. Insurance and personal expenses are not included.
No, we sleep in the RV — with air conditioning, comfortable beds and all the amenities.
Yes. If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour, we refund the deposit minus a small admin fee. In case of force majeure beyond your control, the deposit carries over to another tour. We'll work out the details with you individually.
